Martha Ellemann

Studio & Marketing Manager

Martha brings international experience, organisational clarity and strong communication skills to her role at MBS. A Politics and French graduate from the University of Edinburgh, she has worked across France, La Réunion and the UK in roles spanning education, hospitality and event coordination, developing a calm, collaborative approach in fast-paced environments.

In 2025, Martha skippered a 2,500-mile charity sailing campaign from Greece to Cornwall, leading volunteers and creating storytelling content to support major environmental and health charities. She now oversees studio operations and supports the studio's marketing, helping ensure the studio runs smoothly and its work is communicated with clarity and consistency.
